Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on Checkout and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept card payment. If you are shopping from outside the United Kingdom, place your order as normal and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice.

Delivery Schedule We dispatch your orders quickly via Royal Mail. Your order will come with your usual post, but may not fit through the letter box. You are able to submit delivery instructions (such as a safe place or preferred neighbour) which will be included on the outside of your parcel. Once dispatched our orders are in the hands of Royal Mail and subject to their delivery timescales and lockdown restrictions - this is beyond our control.

If we experience other issues that are out of our control, there may be a delay to your order. For example, the COVID19 pandemic, Brexit etc.

If you have not received your order within 30 days please get in touch via email. Overseas orders will be tracked and signed for, so we kindly ask our customers to track their order with the supplied tracking information before contacting us.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, you will know before you place your order so you can make an informed decision.

Payment Security We use SAGE PAY to process all of our card transactions, and it is secure and safe .

Returns Under the Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations you have 7 days from receipt of the goods to examine the goods and change your mind. Simply e-mail info@OarsomeGrips.com, or call us within the 7 days to confirm your intention to do this and then return the unused goods in their original packaging via post. Consumers are liable for the costs of posting unwanted returns back to Oarsome Potential. This does not affect your statutory rights. We will always be reasonable with returns.

We may send you a brief online survey about your experience with us and the Oarsome Grips and interesting e-newsletters every so often. We won't bombard you, and you can opt out at any point - but we hope you don't!
