We ship using the Royal Mail postal system to over 200 countries.

January 2023 Update - Royal Mail are not accepting parcels destined for outside the UK.

Due to the increased challenges and costs of shipping because of the pandemic and Brexit, we have decided to ensure our overseas customers receive their orders via the 'tracked and signed' for service*. This is the only reliable service. When we have used the cheaper economy service we have had many orders take months to arrive, not arrive at all, and even an order on its way to Indiana, USA go via India! (Not sure how they managed that?!).

-*Please note that not all countries offer this exact service, so we will use the equivalent, for example fully tracked without a signature.

Unfortunately this 'tracked and signed for service' comes at a higher cost (you can view these costs on the Royal Mail website). We want to give our customers the choice to order with us, rather than simply not shipping overseas at all.

We are hopeful that the international shipping costs will reduce, and when they do our prices will reflect this.
